PRAYER : Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition filed under 24 of Code of Civil Procedure, pleased to withdraw the case in H.M.O.P. No.116 of 2024 from the file of the Subordinate Judge, Sathyamangalam and transfer the same to the Principal Court, Chengalpet. For Petitioner : M/s.R.Radha Pandian For Respondent : Mr.V.Ilayaraja

ORDER

Considering the fact that both the parties petitioner as well as the respondent are residing in Chennai, H.M.O.P.No.116 of 2024 pending on the file of the Subordinate Judge, Sathyamangalam, is withdrawn and transferred to the file of the Principal Family Court, Chennai. 1/3

2.It is also informed that there is a petition for appointment of guardian pending in O.P.No.261 of 2024 on the file of the Principal District Court, Chengalpet, which does not have the jurisdiction since the ward is residing within the jurisdiction of the Family Court, Chennai. The learned counsel for the respondent shall take necessary steps to get the matter transferred.

3.Accordingly, the Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is allowed with the above directions. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
