Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that this Court, on the undertaking given by the petitioners that they are ready and willing to deposit a sum of Rs.2 lakhs each to the credit of crime number, has granted interim anticipatory bail to the petitioners on 20.01.2023. Whereas, the petitioners have not complied with the above order and when the matter was listed on 28.02.2023 for reporting compliance, the petitioners had sought for extension of time to comply with the said condition and this Court had also extended the time till 28.03.2023 to comply with the said order. He further submitted that the petitioners are taking undue advantage of the orders of this Court and till date, the petitioners have not deposited the said amount.

2. Considering the above facts and circumstances of the case and also the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), the interim anticipatory bail granted to the petitioners stands cancelled.

3. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed for non-compliance of condition. However, liberty is granted to the petitioner for filing the bail application afresh.
