ORDER

This petition has been filed to modify the condition in para 7(a), imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.28916 of 2024, dated 20.11.2024, that the petitioner shall report before the respondent Police everyday at 10.30 am until further orders. https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly and the investigation is completed and final report is filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Edapadi, which is yet to be taken on file.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition in para 7(a), imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.28916 of 2024, dated 20.11.2024, is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Edapadi on 07.02.2025, thereafter, on the dates fixed by the learned Trial Judge.
