ORDER

This petition has been filed to modify the condition as directed in Paragraph 4 of the order of this Court made in Crl.O.P.No.32119 of 2024 dated 21.12.2024.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that this Court, while granting bail had directed the petitioner to furnish two blood related sureties. He would submit that since the petitioner hails from a poor family and he was unable to execute the sureties and that he has no blood relatives. He would submit that in the alternative, the petitioner's wife is ready to stand as a surety for him and seeks for modification of the condition.

3. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that there are six previous cases against the petitioner.

4. Taking into consideration the facts and the submissions, the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.No.32119 of 2024 dated 21.12.2024 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall execute a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties, of which one shall be the wife of the petitioner, each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.V, Vellore.
