ORDER

The petitioner came forward the writ petition seeking for a direction to the respondents to furnish the estimates, agreements bills submitted under VIT/CGST/GST as well as the income Tax.

2. On 20.01.2026, Mr.P.Srinivas, learned Standing Counsel for Tambaram Corporation took notice. He requested time to produce the relevant records, as the work pertains to the time period, when the area was administered by the Pallavaram Municipality.

3. When the matter was called today, Mr.P.Srinivas produced the following records :-

4. This includes the payment made by the Pallavaram Municipality to the GST Authorities.

5. This satisfies the requirements sought by the petitioner. Mr.Prabhu states that there might be documents relating to other works which are not covered in these documents. If that is so, it is for the petitioner to approach the Tambaram Municipality. In such an event, the respondent should do the needful.
