O R D E R

The Civil Revision Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

2.According to the revision petitioners, the revision petitioners have filed a suit in O.S.No.125 of 2014, for declaration. The said suit has been posted for issues and the same has been adjourned from time to time for framing the issues. Therefore, the present Civil Revision Petition has been filed to issue direction for a speedy disposal of the suit in O.S.No.125 of 2014, on the file of the District Munsif Court, Panruti, Cuddalore.

3.By considering the above said submission, without expressing any opinion on merits, this Court is inclined to direct the learned Disrict Munsif, Panruti, Cuddalore District to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.125 of 2014 on merits and in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible preferably, within a period of eight months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, if there is no other legal impediment.

4.Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of with above direction. No costs.
