CR.NO.139 OF 2019 Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed by this Honble Court dated 26.02.2020 in Crl.M.P.No.2554/2020 in Crl.O.P.No.34805 of 2019 viz., the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police fortnightly i.e., on 1st and 15th of every month at 10.30 a.m., 02.30 p.m and 05.30 p.m until further orders and pass such further or other orders. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S L.BHAGATH SINGH Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.S.KARTHIKEYAN, ADDITIONAL PUBLIC PROSECUTOR on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- (The case has been heard through video conference) This petition is filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court against the petitioner directing him to report before the respondent police fortnight i.e. on 1st and 15th of every month at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State submitted that the petitioner is regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.2554 of 2020 in Crl.O.P.No.34805 of 2019 dated 26.02.2020.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.2554 of 2020 in Crl.O.P.No.34805 of 2019 dated 26.02.2020, is relaxed, however the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required.
