This Criminal Original Petition has been filed not to harass the petitioners pursuant to Crime No.Not Known of 2018 on the file of the respondent.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent. 3.Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that on the complaint given by one Rajaselvi, a regular case has been registered in Cr.No.245 of 2018 by the Kurinchipadi Police Station on the ground of woman missing.

4.In such view of the matter, the petitioners are directed to cooperate with the police for enquiry and at the time of conducting enquiry, the petitioners shall not be harassed. During the course of enquiry, if any cognizable offence is made out, the respondent police is free to register an FIR and this order shall not be a shield for the petitioners against arrest. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
