ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed for direction directing the respondents to regularize the petitioner service and grant regular time scale of pay on completion of 10 years of service from the date of his initial appointment and revise the scale of pay and grant all consequential monetary and pension benefits with all attended benefits and pass appropriate orders based on G.O.Ms.No.878, Rural Development Department, dated 15.05.1981.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials available on record.

3. Without expressing any opinion on merits of the writ petition, the second and third respondents are directed to consider the case of the petitioner and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
