Respondent PRAYER : Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 439(1)(b) of Code of Criminal Procedure, to modify the order dated 01.04.2015 on the file of the learned First Additional District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate No.I, Ulundurpet, in respect of the condition requiring the petitioner appearing before the First Additional District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate No.I, Ulundurpet, daily at 10.00 a.m.

Petition for modification of the bail condition imposed by the learned First Additional District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate No.I, Ulundurpet, in Crl.M.P.No.1721 of 2015 dated 01.04.2015.

2. The learned First Additional District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate No.I, Ulundurpet, while granting bail to this petitioner, has imposed a condition that the petitioner shall appear before the said court daily at 10.00 a.m. Now, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that as the petitioner has sustained fracture in his leg and now he is unable to travel to Ulundurpet, for complying the condition imposed by the said Magistrate and hence he sought for modification.

3. Considering the above submissions, the order of the learned First Additional District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

No.I, Ulundurpet, passed in Crl.M.P.No.1721 of 2015 dated 01.04.2015 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the Inspector of Police, Athur Police Station, daily at 10.00 a.m. until further orders. Except this modification, other conditions remain unaltered.

4. This Criminal Original Petition is disposed of accordingly.
