ORDER
These Writ Petitions have been filed for direction directing the respondents to pass orders on the representation dated 18.10.2011 in terms of the judgment of the Division Bench of this Court in W.P.No.38792 and 38793 of 2003 dated 10.09.2007 which was implemented by G.O.Ms.No.724 (Home Police-III) dated 14.08.2010 in respect of other similarly placed persons.
2. The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted that the issue raised in these writ petitions have been settled that the seniority has been fixed as per the marks obtained in the Police Training College.
