JUDGMENT

(JUDGMENT OF THE COURT WAS DELIVERED BY R. SUBBIAH, J) The appellant has come forward with this appeal aggrieved by the order dated 11.03.2016 passed in H.M.O.P. No. 1075 of 2010 on the file of Family Court, Coimbatore. By the said order, the petition filed by the appellant under Section 13 (1) (ia) of The Hindu Marriage Act for dissolution of the marriage dated 07.06.1989 solemnised between him and the respondent was dismissed.

Today, when the appeal is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the respondent filed a Memo dated 06.07.2017 stating that the appellant died on 04.04.2017. He has also produced the death certificate of the appellant along with the memo.
