JUDGMENT
The appellant, namely, Jayalakshmi, the respondents P.Krishnan, K.Venkatachalam and K. Balasubramaniam who are the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
signatories to the Memo of Compromise appeared virtually before this Court.
2.The appellant has very clearly stated that as per the terms of the Compromise, she has been given 17.5 cents of lands from out of 1.5 acres comprised in Survey Nos.651 and 652 of Somayampalayam Village, Vadavalli, Coimbatore and this 17.5 cents has to be earmarked and provided to the appellant so as to enable her to put up constructions. The respondents 1, 2 and 5 would submit that they are taking steps to earmark the same and also assure that the property which would be earmarked for the appellant would be provided an access to the Main Road/Road. The Memorandum of Compromise filed by the parties is taken on file and this Appeal Suit is ordered in terms of Compromise. The terms of the compromise shall form part of the Decree.
