ORDER

(Made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) We have heard Ms.K.Indumathi, learned counsel for the petitioner.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that an application under Section 14 of the Securitisation and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002 has been filed before the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vellore, in October, 2023. The same has not yet been registered.

3. The office of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vellore, shall consider the said application and if there are any objections, shall notify the same to the petitioner within a period of fifteen days from today. If the application filed by the petitioner is perfect in all respects, then the same be registered, in accordance with law.

4. The writ petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
