O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition is filed to direct the respondents to conduct enquiry and register First Information Report on the basis of the petitioner complaint dated 22.10.2021 and take necessary action in investigating the crime committed by accused persons against the petitioner as mentioned in complaint.

2.The learned Government Advocate submits that the third respondent police has received a complaint from the petitioner and enquiry is pending.

3.In view of the submission of the learned Government Advocate, without going into the merits and veracity of the complaint, this Court directs the third respondent police to conduct enquiry and register the FIR, if cognizable offence is made out, as per the guidelines issued by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in the case of Lalitha Kumari vs. Government of Uttar Pradesh reported in AIR 2012 SC 1515. Otherwise, closure report shall be sent to the petitioner, within a period of three weeks, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. If the petitioner feels aggrieved, she can file a protest petition. 4.With the above directions, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
