2. This application is filed to implead the legal heirs of the deceased Sakthivel S/o. Periyasamy who is the appellant herein. The death extract and the legal heir certificate have been filed in Criminal M.P.No. 89 of 2023.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent has no serious objection. Hence, this Crl.M.P.No. 2398 of 2023 stands allowed.
