O R D E R

This petition has been filed seeking to direct the respondent police to register the complaint dated 29.01.2018 issued CSR 25/2018 and take action against the persons concerned within the stipulated time.

2. With regard to the petitioner's title, the sale deed is under challenge in C.M.A.No. 403 of 2007. There is also an order of interim injunction against the petitioner herein refraining him from encumbrance of the property. If at all the petitioner is aggrieved against the disturbance from the third parties, it is always open to him to approach the concerned court, seeking for necessary orders.

With the above observation, the Criminal Original Petition stands closed.
