ORDER

This Contempt Petition has been filed to take action against the respondents for the non-compliance of the order of this Court passed in W.P.No.24070 of 2010, dated 01.11.2016.

2.Learned Government Advocate had been directed to take notice by this Court accordingly, on notice, the learned Government Advocate has got instructions from the respondents.

3.Today, Mr.K.Venkataramani, learned Additional Advocate General assisted by the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents has produced the proceedings issued on behalf of the respondents dated 06.10.2017 in Proceeding No.200/A1/2017 and also the Proceeding No.200/A1/2017, dated 07.11.2017. By issuing these proceedings, the respondents have complied with the directions issued by this Court in the said writ petition by order dated 01.11.2016.

4. The said proceedings now produced by the learned Additional Advocate General referred above are taken on record. By recording the same, since the directions issued by this Court in the said writ petition has been complied with by the respondents, no further adjudication is

required in this contempt petition and the contempt petition is closed.
