ORDER
When the matter was taken up for hearing on 13.11.2019, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner and the Registry was directed to list the petition under the caption 'for dismissal' on 26.11.2019.
2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, none appeared on either side, inspite of the matter being listed under the caption 'for dismissal', there is no representation for the petitioner, this shows that the petitioner is not interested in prosecuting the case. Therefore, this Court has no other way except to dismiss the same for non-prosecution. 3.Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
