This Criminal Revision Petition has been filed to call for the records relating to the judgment dated 23.08.2024 passed in M.C.No.511 of 2019 by the V Additional Family Court, Chennai and to set aside the same.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this Criminal Revision Petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.

3. In view of the submission and the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Criminal Revision Petition stands dismissed as withdrawn.
