ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking to quash the complaint filed by the 1st respondent before the 2nd respondent.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is the wife of the 1st respondent. There have been complaint and counter complaint between each other. Now the disputes between them have been sorted out by way of arriving at compromise and they have agreed to withdraw the complaints against each other. Hence, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the petition.
