ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent to register the petitioner's complaint dated 23.12.2022.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner had given a complaint against the accused for criminal trespassing into the house and stealing the properties and jewels. Since no action has been taken, this Criminal Original Petition is filed.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) submitted that on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner on 23.12.2022, the petition enquiry was conducted. After enquiry, the articles, which are alleged to have been stolen from the petitioner's house, were returned to the petitioner.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioner has also stated that no further action is necessary in this matter.
