It is submitted by the learned counsel for the Petitioner that Contempt Petition No.2746 of 2018 has been filed for noncompliance of the order of this Court, which is pending consideration before the Division Bench headed by Justice N.KIRUBAKARAN.

2. In such view of the matter, it would be appropriate if the above Writ Petition is also directed to be listed before the said Division Bench. Hence, Registry is directed to get appropriate orders from the Hon'ble The Chief Justice, to list the above Writ Petition before the said Division Bench.

3. Needless it is state, that the connected Applications in W.M.P.(SR) Nos.142817 and 142818 of 2019 in W.P.No.13433 of 1996 and W.M.P.(SR) No.142820 of 2019 in W.P.No.23291 of 2006 are tagged along with the above Writ Petition.
