ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to call for the records and set aside the order dated 21.04.2016 made in Crl.M.P. No.17 of 2016 in S.C. No.256 of 2013 on the file of the XVI Additional Sessions Judge at Chennai and thereby, allow the petition in Crl.M.P. No.17 of 2016 in S.C. No.256 of 2013 on the file of the XVI Additional Sessions Judge at Chennai. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent. On 07.06.2016, this Court passed a detailed order directing the Trial Court to recall P.W.1 to P.W.8 for the purpose of cross-examination by the accused and posted the case today for reporting compliance.

Today, when the matter was called, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the witnesses were recalled and they were cross-examined and thereafter, final order has also been pronounced in S.C. No.256 of 2013 on 06.07.2016 by the XVI (XVII I/c) Additional District and Sessions Judge, Chennai. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition is closed. Connected Crl.M.P. is also closed.
