W.M.P.No.9978 of 2021 in W.P.No.18709 of 2007 P.VELMURUGAN, J., Though the land has been acquired under Tamil Nadu Acquisition of Lands for Industrial Purposes Act, 1997, whereas the petitioner has filed the writ petition to direct the respondents to refer the matter under Section 30 of the Land Acquisition (Old Act) and the writ petition was dismissed, the petitioner filed an Appeal before the Hon'ble Division Bench of this Court and the Hon'ble Division Bench remanded the matter back to the Court and directed to amend the prayer and therefore, the petitioner has filed the present writ petition to amend the prayer as directed by the Hon'ble Division Bench.

2. Therefore the petition is ordered.
