Petition to set aside the order passed in Crl.M.P.No.2450 of 2015, dated 23.2.2015 on the file of the Court of Sessions at Chennai, pending investigation in Crime No.1 of 2012 on the file of the Inspector of Police, CBCID, Cyber Crime Cell, Chennai and modifying the condition in the order dated 17.12.2014 in Crl.M.P.No.19754 of 2014 in so far as in respect of return of deposit amount of Rs.2,30,000/- by the petitioner.
