This application has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners that they shall report before the respondent police everyday at 10.30 a.m., for a period of two weeks and thereafter every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders in Crl.O.P.No.22328 of 2022 dated 14.10.2022.

3.Considering the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and there are several depositors in this case, this Court finds no reasons to modify the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.22328 of 2022. Hence, this Criminal Miscellaneous petition is dismissed.
