This petition has been filed to transfer the investigation by the F-3, Arambakkam Police in FIR.No.212/2016 to the CBCID Branch Police.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions submitted that the investigation has been completed and final report has already been filed before the Judicial Magistrate, Ponneri for an offence under Section 302 of IPC and the same has been taken on file in PRC.No.19 of 2019 as against the six accused persons. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3.In view of the above development, no further orders can be passed in this petition. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
