Crl.O.P.No.126 of 2019 N. ANAND VENKATESH.,J This Court had directed the learned Judicial Magistrate to dispose of the case in C.C.No.193 of 2020, within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of that order.

2. Now the learned Judicial Magistrate, Additional Mahila Court, Vellore has requested this Court to grant further period of six months to dispose of the aforesaid proceedings, as directed by this Court.

3. As requested by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Additional Mahila Court, Vellore, time granted by this Court is extended by a period of six months from today. It is made clear that no further extension of time will be granted by this Court and the learned Judicial Magistrate, Additional Mahila Court, Vellore is directed to file a compliance report immediately after the completion of the proceedings.
