This Civil Revision Petition has been filed to set aside the judgment and decree passed in C.M.A.No.2 of 2015 dated 12/9/2019 on the file of the Additional District Judge at Hosur in setting aside the fair and decreetal order passed in I.A.No.33 of 2014 in O.S.No.14 of 2013 dated 17/2/2014 on the file of the Sub-Court, Hosur.
2. Heard Mr.S.Jayaprakash, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.V.Nicholas, learned counsel for the respondents 1 to 4.
3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that since, the suit itself has been dismissed, nothing survives for further adjudication in this matter.
