Seeking a direction to the 1st respondent to investigate into the matter, register a case on the petitioner's complaint dated 01.07.2014 against the 3rd respondent and to file report, the petitioner has come up with this petition.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents 1 and 2 and perused the material placed on record.

3.It is seen that the petitioner has sent a complaint dated 01.07.2014 to the Assistant Commissioner of Police by post. The petitioner is directed to go in person and give a copy of the complaint dated 01.07.2014 to the jurisdictional police and on such complaint being given, the same shall be enquired into in accordance with law, following the decision laid down by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in Lalita Kumari v. Government of Uttarpradesh & Others reported in (2014) 2 SCC 1. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
