Order : This petition coming on for Extension of time on date and persuing the earlier order date of 10/03/2020 and letter dated 23.07.2021 vide D.No.710/2021 From the Judge,family court Chengalpattu, this court made the following order:- Today, when the matter is came up for hearing under the caption for "extention of time", the learned counsel for the respondent submitted that the present case has been already dismissed by this Court by an order dated 10.03.2020 and hence nothing survives in this petition for adjudication. 2.At the request of the learned counsel for the respondent, post the matter on 08.11.2021, for production of the order copy dated 10.03.2020. The Registry is directed to verify the dismissal order of the same.
