A.No.1022 of 2016 has been filed to pass an ad interim injunction restraining the defendants 2 to 5 and their men, agents, servants, or anybody on behalf of them from interfering with plaintiffs peaceful possession and enjoyment of the plaint schedule C property.

A.No.5968 of 2016 has been filed to direct the respondents to deposit the rent for the suit schedule property.
