O R D E R

This petition has been filed to direct the respondents to give police protection to the petitioner for putting fence in and around his property comprised in S.No.34, Patta No.1446, Ward No.4, Block No.10 situated at Thiruvannamalai Taluk, which is the subject matter of Trust OP.No.1 of 2003 on the file of the Principal District Court, Thiruvannamalai.

2. Heard the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents and perused the materials placed on record.

3. On 08.06.2016, this Court had directed the petitioner to implead one Sampath and his wife. When the matter was https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

taken up for hearing on 22.06.2016, this Court passed the following order :

"The petitioner has not complied with the earlier order passed by this Court dated 08.06.2016. No representation for the petitioner. Post on 20.07.2016."

4. Today also there is no representation for the petitioner and the petitioner has not complied with the order dated 08.06.2016.
