For Appellant : No appearance For Respondents : No appearance COMMON JUDGMENT When the matter is called today, there is no representation for both sides. It is seen from the records that these two appeals have been transferred from the V Additional Judge, City Civil Court, Chennai for being heard along with A.S.No.610 of 1992 by an order dated 29.11.1993 made in Tr.C.M.P.Nos.1878 and 1880 of 1993. The Registry was directed to find out the status of the appeal viz., A.S.No.610 of 1992. It is reported by the Registry that the said appeal was dismissed for non-prosecution by an order dated 18.02.1998.

2. It is seen from the records that all three appeals i.e., the appeal in A.S.No.610 of 1992 and the above two appeals arise out of the common Judgment in O.S.Nos. 9510 of 1987, 6345 & 3387 of 1988. Since A.S.No.610 of 1992 has been dismissed for non-prosecution, these appeals are also dismissed for nonprosecution. No costs.
