ORDER
This Writ Petition is filed seeking a Writ of Certiorari directing to call for the records in respect of the impugned Order General Notice Dated 11.09.2023, issued by the fifth respondent and quash the same. 2/5
2. This Court heard the learned counsel for the petitioner on the prayer and the facts of the case.
3. The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 3, 5 and 6 submitted that already the objections given by the petitioner and his family members were considered and since there is no suitable land with easy access to the burial ground, the classification of the land, namely the Kalam, which was utilized for processing the paddy grains, was sub-divided into two and one of the portions was marked for the burial ground. Now, final order has also been passed by the District Collector, Tiruvallur, by proceedings e/f/vz;/34067-2023-vd;/2 dated 27.01.2024.
4. Since already final order has been passed based on the petition given by the villagers and the objection of the petitioner and his family members has also been considered, nothing survives for adjudication.
5. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed at the admission stage itself. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, W.M.Ps. are closed. 09.02.2024 ksa-2 Index : Yes / No Speaking Order : Yes / No 3/5
