Seeking a direction to the respondent herein to file a final report in Crime No.5 of 2009 on the file of the respondent police, the petitioner has come up with this petition.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent. 3.It is represented by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent that the case in Crime No.5 of 2009 has been transferred from the file of the respondent police to Talaiyur Police Station, Nagapattinam District. 4.In view of the above, Criminal Original Petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to work out her remedies before the Inspector of Police, Talaiyur Police Station, Nagapattinam District, if, the Investigating Officer has not completed the investigation so far.
