This Writ Petition has been filed to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the first respondent to initiate appropriate action under Section 167A IPC corresponds to Section 199(c) BNS 2023 against 2nd respondent based on the representation of the petitioner dated 26.12.2024 in accordance with law.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the official respondents and perused the materials available on record.

3. Learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents Police submitted that F.I.R has been registered as against the accused persons for the offences under Sections 115(2), 303(2) and 351(2) of BNSS, 2023.

4. In view of the above submission, this Writ Petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs. The petitioner is at liberty to work out his remedy in the manner known to law.
