2. Captioned Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed with a 'Condonation of Delay' ['COD'] prayer.

3. COD sought is qua 421 days delay in filing a regular appeal assailing judgment in Spl.C.C.No.5 of 2017 on the file of Sessions Judge, Magalir Neethimandram, Coimbatore being judgment dated 16.09.2019.

4. Adverting to the support affidavit, learned counsel representing the counsel on record submits that the financial status and the attendant difficulties faced by the appeal in this regard has caused the delay.
