Respondents PRAYER : Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for a writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for records of Impugned Order passed by the first respondent in G.O.Rt.No.280, Revenue (Ser.8(2) Department, dated 10.06.2010 in so far as para 3 which regularizes the service of the petitioner with effect from the date of issue of G.O.(i.e.10.06.2010) and consequently direct the first respondent herein to regularize the service of the petitioner from the date of initial appointment (i.e.02.02.1990) with all service, monetary and terminal benefits in the light of G.O.Rt.No.200, Revenue (Services 8(2), dated 17.04.2007 and G.O.Ms.no.179, School Education Department dated 13.07.2012 and in the light of Order of Hon'ble High Court, Madras dated 19.09.2014 in W.P.No.7884/2013.

ORDER

Today, this matter is listed under the caption "for withdrawal" based on the letter dated 04.12.2018 submitted by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. The learned counsel for the petitioner also sought permission of this Court to withdraw this writ petition and she has also made an endorsement to that effect.

2. In view of the submission and endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs.
