This petition has been filed seeking to condone the delay of 179 days in filing the above civil miscellaneous appeal.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner and Mr.S.Udayakumar, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of respondents 1 to 4.

3. The learned counsel for the respondents has no objection in condoning the delay.

3. In view of the averments made in the affidavit filed in support of the petition and in view of the submissions made by the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner, this petition is allowed. The delay is condoned.
