For Petitioner :Mr.G.Udhayashankar For Respondent :Mr.C.Emalias, Additional Public Prosecutor
ORDER
Seeking a direction to the respondent to register the complaint dated 15.03.2015 on the file of the respondent, the petitioner has come up with this petition.
2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police.
3.It appears that the dispute is between the church members. In my considered opinion, for such a trivial matters, the power of this Court under Section 482 Cr.P.C., cannot be invoked. Further, it is not desirable for this Court to give a direction to the respondent police to register the complaint of the petitioner. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to work out his remedies in the manner known to law.
