ORDER

This contempt petition has been filed to punish the respondent for non complying the order passed by this Court in Crl.OP.No.13153 of 2020 dated 02.09.2020.

This court by order dated 02.09.2020 dismissed the quash petition to quash the FIR registered in Crime No.6 of 2019 and directed the respondent to complete the investigation and file final report within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of copy of that order.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that though the respondent completed investigation and was ready with absconding charge sheet as against the accused, at that juncture, the accused surrendered and obtained bail. Accordingly, the respondent has to modify the charge sheet and file before the jurisdictional Magistrate.

4. Considering the above submission, the respondent is directed to complete the investigation in Crime No.6 of 2019 and file final report before the jurisdictional Magistrate within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

With the above direction, this contempt petition is disposed of. SD/- ASSISTANT REGISTRAR(COMM.CASES) lok //Certified to be true copy// Dated at Madras this the day of 2021.
