There was no representation for the petitioner in the last hearing. Today also, the same position. No one has represented on behalf of the petitioner.

2. This petition and Second Appeal are pending since 2002 without any progress. Despite sufficient opportunities given to the petitioner, the petitioner did not co-operate with the Court proceedings.

Hence, this Court is inclined to dismiss this petition.

Accordingly, this Civil Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed as non-prosecution.
