This petition has been filed to modify the condition as to direct the petitioner to deposit a sum of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand only) by way of Demand draft/RTGS/NEFT to the Dean/Medical Officer, Government Medical College and Hospital, Cuddalore District, which is imposed on Crl.O.P.No.29720 of 2022 dated 01.12.2022.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that she belongs to a poor family, she is a house wife and her husband, already arrested in this case. Since she was unable to comply the condition imposed on the petitioner, thereby she seeks modification of the above condition. 3.Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified and the petitioner is directed to deposit a sum of Rs.10,000/- to the Registered Advocate Clerk Association, Cuddalore. The other conditions shall remain intact.
