When the criminal original petition was listed for admission on 18.07.2013, there was no representation for the petitioner and the matter was adjourned. Thereafter, the matter was listed before this court on 06.12.2019. At that time also none appeared on behalf of the petitioner. Hence, the Crl.O.P., was directed to be listed today under the caption 'for dismissal'.

2. Even today, i.e. 09.12.2019, when the matter is taken up, neither the Petitioner is present nor there is any representation on behalf of the Petitioner. The Calendar case is of the year 2012 and the Crl.O.P., is of the year 2013. However, the Petitioner has not come forward to prosecute the matter. Therefore, this Crl.O.P., is dismissed for non-prosecution. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
