ORDER
[Made by P.N.PRAKASH, J.] When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that Suguna and Sainath, wife and son of the petitioner, respectively, were secured by the police in Vellavedu Police Station Crime No.667 of 2021 and they were handed over to the petitioner on 18.01.2022.
