to include the petitioner's name in the panel for the year 2015-2016 in appropriate place and promote the petitioner for the post of Administrative Officer and pass such other order or orders as this Court may deem fit and proper and thus render justice.

O R D E R

This writ petition is filed to call for the records connected with the proceedings issued in Letter No.A1/1045/2014 dated 08.10.2015 passed by the 4th respondent and quash the same and consequently direct the respondents to include the petitioner's name in the panel for the year 2015-2016 in appropriate place and promote the petitioner for the post of Administrative Officer 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the respondents produced the copy of the order dated 05.07.2024 in W.P.No.36136 of 2015, wherein this Court allowed the writ petition by observing that the petitioner had superannuated and he shall be notionally considered for promotion as Administrative Officer in the panel of the year 2014-2015 and further be entitled to all the other attendant benefits that flow from such promotion. 2/5

3.The present writ petition is filed to include the petitioner's name in the panel for the year 2015-2016 in appropriate place and promote the petitioner for the post of Administrative Officer.

4.In view of the order passed by this Court in W.P.No.36136 of 2015, nothing survives for adjudication in this writ petition. Accordingly, the writ petition stands dismissed as infructuous. However, there shall be no order as to costs.
