Application No.5028 of 2008 in C.S.No.701 of 2007 KRISHNAN RAMASAMY, J., The second defendant in the present suit passed away on 18.11.2007 and his legal heirs are viz., (i) K.Chandrasekar - son (ii) Lakshmi - daughter (iii) Maheswari - daughter.

2. The present Application is filed for impleading the respondents 9 to 11 herein as legal representatives of the deceased second defendant as defendants 9 to 11 in the present suit.

3. Mr.V.Kuberan, learned counsel appeared on behalf of the respondents 9 to 11.

4. Having been satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the Application, this Application is ordered as prayed for.

5. Post the matter on 02.07.2019.

6. In the meantime, the learned counsel for plaintiff is directed to take steps for carrying out the necessary amendment in the plaint, on or before 01.07.2019 24.06.2019 mrr
