This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 11 days in filing the appeal against the order dated 27.09.2022 passed in S.C.No.2/2021 by the Additional District and Sessions Judge, Dharmapuri.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (crl.side) appearing for the respondent has not raised any serious objection to allow the petition.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed along with the petition, this Court is inclined to allow the petition.

4. Accordingly, this petition is allowed.
